It’s always engaging to spend some time with my friends from a spark attention when a West Virginia Coal Association binds its annual mining conference here in Charleston.

Some attention folks are mostly some-more vehement about several issues during this event, maybe not realizing — notwithstanding a best efforts of organisation lobbyists to advise them — that there competence be a few reporters in a room. And it’s fascinating to hear folks from a West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection play
